    2. The thing is Anmol, this is a plagiarised piece of work and you have broken copyright - I'm sure Wikipedia is writing up its lawsuit as I type this message.

In future post your own work. I'll see you for detention on Friday unless I get something in your own words by Friday's lesson.

  2. It is a truth universally acknowledged that Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 is the best. It was released to the worldwide watchers and worldwide sidics alike but they were proven wrong it was astonishing you might not have seen the movie but here is an outline of the story.

the movie has been running for 5 years now and each year it gets better!! with the to love birds Bella and Edward and last but not least the werewolf JACOB BLACK!

Unfortunately Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 is the last *cries* there has been a lot of action between both vampire families the cullens and the vulture fighting because Edward has a human girlfriend and Jacob does not think it is safe for her because she is putting her and her fathers life in danger and they would do anything to get her

Jacob really loves Bella and tell her he would do anything for her and she would not have to change for him but sadly she is in love with Edward ( SHE IS SO STUPID ) but she does not realize what kind of danger she is in being with Edward but being with Jacob she would be a lot safer.

    1. This isn't bad so far. Aren't you a die hard Twiglet - I mean Twilight - fan? You need to get this crazy fan girl element across in you piece. What else an you say about the epicness of this series of films? Do you think people are rude about the film because their an older audience and the film isn't meant for them or is it because they don't know a true masterpiece of cinema when it hits them in the face, or in this case sparkles in the sunlight? I need more persuasion, I still think the film's about weak girl who needs constant saving. Convince me hat it's the best film known to mankind...

  3. The epic finale of the Harry Potter franchise finally came to an end back in 2011. The heart-breaking, breath-taking, amazing ending made teenagers all over the world realise that their childhood's were over. Fan's waited 8 years for this final showdown between Harry and Voldemort and when it finally came, I for one could hardly breathe through it.

The Potter saga could hardly have ended on a better note. With one miraculous flourish of it's wand, the franchise 'casted' the essential magic to the Potter legend. It is dramatically satisfying, spectacular and terrifically exciting. The Potter movies weren't just an adaptation of a series of books, but a living evolving collaborative phenomenon between page and screen.

The movie starts with the worn out , slowly crumbling Warner bro's logo and the forever epic music which has gotten darker over the years. The film grips you from beginning to end as you see the Hogwarts students and it's teachers fight against all dark forces to protect their school. The movie gets very emotional as heart-breaking secrets are uncovered and loved characters die. *Tears Up* I mean, how could you not feel emotional through this film? Through the movies you become so attached to the characters you don't want anything bad to happen to them. The breath-taking scenes and epic moments just add to the excitement and emotion of this movie.

    1. You make some really interesting points here, particularly about the end of childhood and the decaying WB sign. Play these up a bit more and tell us why the old crumbling sign is significant. Also, describe the effects, 3d and some of the great scenes and why hey are so powerful. What about the epic will they won't they of Ron and Hermione, wasn't that effective? Good stuff so far...

  4. You’ve all heard about the latest craze I assume? Yes indeed, I’m talking about the epic and gripping movie, The Hunger Games. *screams with excitement* Millions of fans of the trilogy by bestselling author Suzanne Collins have eagerly awaited the release. It was truly worth the wait!

The plot of the film is absolutely fantastic and I found myself getting sucked into this fantasy world. The story takes place in post -apocalyptic nation of Panem, where boys and girls must participate in the Hunger Games, a televised annual event in which the "tributes" are required to fight to the death until there is one remaining victor.

If you haven’t heard of Jennifer Lawrence by now, then you’ve obviously been living on another planet! She was born to play the role of Katniss Everdeen (the heroine). She is the ‘girl on fire’- strong, independent and fierce. However, her emotional side is shown well also, making the movie very relatable. I believe she is a brilliant role model- unlike some pathetic characters we know of *sighs* (Twilight)

    1. Hey Priyanka, this is a solid piece so far. I'd advise you to develop looking at PETA and what you think about him, Katniss' sacrifice for her sister and the Capitol- what do you think of it and its people.? Also, look at the franchise and consider the expectations for Catching Fire. Really solid so far...

    2. Hey Priyanka, i gave your paper 62/80. That equals a B. Good inferences in the reading section this time. You did better with the writing. Things to improve would be deeper inference, subtler inference for question 3 language devices and, overall, timing. I think you took over the time limit to complete this paper so my suggestion would be to practice the paper under timed conditions. I'm just about to post the link to the AQA site for past papers. Have a go at a few of these papers under timed conditions and see how you get on.

  5. The film "Gladiator" , a whole new epic adventure that inspired every director with a hearth warming adventure that makes us shake and shriver as the two and half hour film was nominated for and won multiple awards, notably five Academy Awards in the 73rd Academy Awards including Best Picture.

The man wrestling for "freedom" that has yet not even been given since the first 2 hours until a bang
made to shave the skin of our skeleton , with such a beautiful introduction that has never been used , we all love it , and seen it to.

The inspired character Maximus , betrayed by his closest friend , discovers the truth about the horrible death of Marcus , through out this plot , the General instructs the praetorian guards to carry out his orders and execute Maximus , also his family.

The film had at least half a million in Box office and a whopping budget of 103 million dollars , its the most challenging films where you would want to take control and destroy the evil and fulfill one peaceful purpose to end the devastating control of the evil emperor.

    1. Good start here Ashrafdin- quick tip: read through your work carefully, some aspects don't make the most sense and there are some spelling errors. Some good use of alliteration, but make full use of other persuasive devices as well. Remember, you need to persuade me of the epicness of tis movie so focus on the battle scenes,Russell Crow's character and the stirring music because that really tugs at our heart strings. Good so far, but needs much work...

  6. The epic finally of The Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 2 arrived last month. The hours (2 hours) was filled with everything from love to hatred.

The Twilight Saga has been going for five series now. It follows the lives of Bella, Edward and Jacob. The first four movies was about how Bella got madly in love with Edward and how Jacob became a very important person in her life, how Edward hates Jacob because he is a vampire and Jacob is an a wear-wolf, about the problems with the Volturi and so on.

The movie started with Bella waking up as a newborn vampire and how she gets to go on the first hunt with Edward, how she get to meat her gorgeous baby daughter for the first time.

Pitch perfect is EPic! Epicaslly funny that is. Atypical teen movie which will make your jaw ache. But not just from laughing at how incredibly humerous it is...but from their astonigshly good singing voices!

Pitch Perfect is set in an American University in the very modern, awesome year of 2012. The director Jason Moore captured a typical American University spectacully well. Therefore making this movie fantastically realistic.

Teen Dj Beca (played by Anna Kendrick) joins BArden University, but right from the start we see the crazy worl she has entered. As soon as she arrives at Barden she is given her BU (Barden Uni) rape whistle! Striaght away this sets the cringy, dirty humour we will be introduced to by this delightful film. *giigles* could it get any weirdier you may ask? well you aint seen anything yet! *big smile*

    1. This is good so far, be careful of overuse of ** comments, they can be annoying. The best thing about this movie is Rebel Wilson, use her a lot more in your article. Remember, this isn't exactly a review-you are meant to gush about what makes this film he best film in the world-don't over describe but use rhetoric to persuade the reader that this film is absolutely amazing.

  8. 5 movies, an epic love triangle and a battle which conquers all battles. Twilight breaking dawn part 2 was recently unleashed to the world ready to fill tears in the eyes of millions of viewers worldwide as the courageous saga had come to an end. And in my opinion, it was the best movie EVER!

Twilight was first introduced to our screens in 2008. A young teenage girl known as Isabella 'Bella' Swan met a mysterious. gloomy guy called Edward Cullen in her new high school.Edward wasn't a sociable person, he didnt really get along with anyone, he was different.. Weird.. but definitely different. Bella was intrigued by this, obviously oblivious to the fact that he is a vampire! But soon after she eventually found out and they fell in love, the movies went on to show the progression of their love.

The story is now at the stage where Bella us now a proper vampire and mother as well as Edward being the father. Bella gave birth to a beautiful baby girl called Renesmee however this baby wasnt just any baby,no, she was.. A VAMPIRE BABY!.. And guess what.. because she is a vampire baby, infants like her have the ability to grown really fast! Renesmee was 11 years old in a matter of 3 months! ( I know crazy right?!)

  9. After the abomination that was Spider-Man 3, Sony Pictures wore tired of Sam Raimi’s work and decided to go with something fresh and new. A darker Spider-Man universe exploring the stories that were never touched upon in the original trilogy, especially the mystery of Peter Parker’s parents. With a new cast and director, Sony was ready to explore ‘The Untold Story’ of Spidey and they ended up producing an unfinished, mediocre mess.

The one thing that the audience first noticed that was this was yet another origin story. I don’t see why Sony found it so necessary to retell this story; everyone knows how Peter Parker became Spider-Man and his lesson of ‘With great power, comes great responsibility’. For god’s sake the original Spider-Man was released 10 years ago. People say that Sony had to update this story for a younger audience, but did they really have to? This becomes an even bigger problem later on as we spend an entire 50 minutes before we get to see Peter in his costume, whether it was worth the wait or not is up for debate, but I’ll get to that later on.

The 50 minutes leading up to Spidey’s first appearance are just a drag consisting of 50% of scenes we’ve already seen from the first film (Peter getting bullied, getting bitten by a spider, his Uncle Ben being murdered and Peter learning how to use his powers for good). The other 50% consists of pointless exposition about Peter’s parents’ disappearance that goes absolutely nowhere and is forgotten about in the second half of this disaster.

  11. My sisters keeper is by far the most emotional film of all time, which i absolutely love! It is shocking to see everything that goes on throught out the whole film. It will have you in tears by the end of it.

In the beginning of the film, we find out that the main character Kate Fitzgerald is diagnosed with leukaemiaa at a very young age. I thought that was both an intersting and sad start to the movie, as it gave us a taste of what the film would actually be about. We also find out that there is nothing her parents can do to keep their daughter alive. How sad.

Sarah Fitzgerald Kate's mother decided to concieve another child to help keep her sister alive for as long as they can. How would you feel if you parents only gave birth to you to help save your siters life? I know i wouldnt be to happy about that...

    1. Hey Rukky, good so far. Hype up the emotion in your review, eg flood of tear, terrible dilemma etc. emotive language will really suit the genre of your film as it is a melodrama and it will up the intensity of the film. Don't forget that you are meant to convey that this is the best film you have ever seen so make sure you exaggerate it's brilliance and pick out the key themes eg sisterly relationships and tough decisions and relate how they are dealt with in a unique and engrossing way. Needs to be a lot longer though...

  12. Jack Reacher, a brilliant action movie with an epic story line. Stunning story, amazing humor, unexpected decisions and things that are happening in this movie and that prove, how brilliant can an action movie be!

Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher, a strong, smart soldier, who disappeared for no reason and came back, when he was needed. In the movie he is described as a person who doesn't care about the law, who doesn't care about the evidence, who only cares about whats right. Who has an ability to fight and to think fast in any situation.

The first 10 minutes of the movie is what makes Jack Reacher worth seeing. A killer drives into a multi-storey car park, sets himself up, looks across the river with his sniper. Finds five random people as targets, kills them and then makes his getaway. Beginning is unique but what happens next is predictable. The assassin is immediately identified as an Iraq soldier James Barr, he gets caught and brought before the local DA who wants a quick confession. Here Jack Reacher comes in and the only question he asked was "Why the hell James Barr payed for the parking?". The man was obviously framed, but how, by who and for what purpose?

That brings us from the introduction of the movie to an attraction of it with questions why, who, when and what is going to happen? And seeing Jack Reacher trying to figure out everything, with a bit of humor, more action and 'detective' work is mind blowing. Only makes us curious about the story in this movie and that makes the movie interesting to watch.

    1. Good start so far, just make sure you read through your work and check to see if it makes sense as there are some sentences which don't make the most sense. Also, there was a lot of talk about whether Tom Cruise would be ideal for Jack Reacher as in the original books he is described as being almost 7feet tall and very muscular, does Tom Cruise make a good Reacher and if so how and why?

  13. Avengers a super hero movie with tension that makes us exhilarates. It’s the best movie known to marvel creation. This is an epic movie with mind-blowing story-line. When I first saw this movie I was shocked by its special effects and story-line. Avengers was directed by Joss Whedon who is known as a master of marvel.

I like this movie because of Iron Man. Iron Man was played by Robert Downey JR who is a great actor. In movie Iron Man’s real name is Tony Stark who is arrogant, over confident and Multimillionaire, as this money and arrogance, he is a wise guy who has individual movies and has become famous because of his Iron, flexible and robotic Armour! That gets controlled with a super intelligent robot his name Jarvis.

Iron Man is not the only hero himself and captain America, who is also strong and who fears nothing. We all love him, marvel comic and the hero creation. Avengers, the movie won’t be a movie without captain America

    1. Good effort here, but remember, you're meant to love this movie so persuade me even more that this is the best film ever. Bring out the likeable aspects on Stark and the special effects of the movie as a whole. Its quite a funny movie as well so play up some of the jokes like when The Hulk punches Thor. What about Black Widow and the bow and arrow man? There's plenty you can do to spruce this up into a more persuasive article.

  14. I know that millions of people worldwide watched the extraordinary, breathtaking and mega sensational film Twilight. It's based on the four Twilight series novels written by the inventive American author Stephenie Meyer. This film is in the minds of millions of people, the marvelous romance theme catches your eyes and remains in your mind and your heart for a long time.

Twilight came up on our screens in November 2008 and it made a crucial impression.
The unbelievable love triangle between Isabella "Bella" a young attractive girl, Edward a vampire that thinks that Belle is a unique girl and Jacob a muscular boy, Belle's old friend, fell in love with her. We all know that Belle is in love with Edward because he is an mysterious boy and she wants to know more.

There are five brilliant films, but the most sensational one is The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2. This is the final film and it starts with Bella that gave birth to an adorable girl. Edward changed her in a vampire because she could die and now she is waking up as a new-born vampire.

Also, play up the girl power element of Twilight and Bella being the mega vampire-what message does this relay to us as the viewer?

One of my favorite adverts is Evian babies. It is the best advert that I have yet seen in my life. It is a hilarious advertisement for Evian mineral water and it is amazing. In the advert, you can see babies that are jumping, dancing and doing back flips as they dance to a rappers song.
This is amusing - I love watching the dance in the advert with the roller-skating. The babies are so adorable and so entertaining, are not they? They dance with the rhythm of the music. It is kind of, what the teenagers are interested now these days for example like hip-hop. I like the bit when the babies snake between bottles of Evian as the go along and when one of the baby’s is coming down from somewhere that is high like a waterfall. I wonder how they did it. Everyone who saw it remembers it, the Evian Commercial with the babies doing some amazing tricks with their roller skates.
“Evian live younger” The roller baby’s ad, it seems that drinking Evian will make older people feel young while causing babies to turn into hip-hop dancers.
I like this advert most especially as it is unusual. It is not often that you see babies dancing with roller-skate. Furthermore, they do it in such an extraordinary way.
Also, there is a t-shirt advert that got a picture of cute babies on. When I see this advert, it reminds me of my childhood in the earlier. The t-shirts appear to the beat of the background music, creating the illusion that the babies are dancing. It gives you a purified image and a peaceful one. When I see the bottled water it make thirsty.

  16. Maya, this is getting on really well. Well done for focusing on the youth aspect of the advert and how it links to the motto of Evian. Don't forget other ads in the Evian ad campaign and how they evoke this sense of youth and being hip/on trend. There is something very fresh in the mood of the ads, maybe the freshness not only reflects the purpose of the product (to hydrate) but also reflects fresh and on trend style/not out of date that kind of thing. Say something about how the ad persuades you in effect to buy a bottle of water, after all you could just turn a tap and get the same deal, right?

  17. Titanic released on December 19th,1997. Titanic was made to represent the falling of the titanic on 14-15 April 1912. It is a radiant romance, they seemed to be perfect for each other. They first met when she was hanging over the edge of the back on the titanic. The question is was this the most romantic, mind blowing movie of all time? yes its brilliant! it was written & directed magnificently well by by James Cameron and was also rated 5 stars by the BBFC

I am sure you have all watched titanic and if you haven't well i don't know what planet you've been on for the last several of years. Here is a brief review of the titanic. Try not to cry.

Check your spelling and grammar, make sure you've got capital letters in the right places, eg for film names, and make sure you exaggerate the beauty and amazingness of this film. Also, you could say something about the special effects being ground breaking for their time and the sinking ship echoing the sinking feeling in our hearts for this doomed romance.i wander if you could incorporate a rhetorical question somewhere in your response. Good so far, carry on Marwan...

  18. I resisted watching Life of Pi because the trailer made it seem as if the entire movie would involve a kid in a lifeboat with a tiger. I figured a plot that thin would be a waste of two hours of my life. But the movie won some awards, and friends said I should see it so I took a chance on it. And now I dont mind admitting that I was wrong. Very wrong

And by that I mean the movie did not waste two hours of my life............................

  19. Munsoor this is a really positive start, no joke. Keep this tone all the way through the whole of your review and keep gushing about how awesome the film was. I watched it when it came out in the cinema and I was literally in tears by the end because I was swept away by the story and visuals. I loved the whole Piscine joke and when Pi learns pi by I don't know how many decimals. The whole sinking of the ship and how Pi deals with nature was very captivating because essentially Pi is left on his own to deal with the torments and trials of nature-when his dad teaches him that Richard Parker isn't a cuddly tiger that looks awe inspiring, he is at the end of the day a carnivorous animal, that message really touched me because no matter how much we humans try to domesticate or civilise nature, in the end nature is nature: it is wild, rebellious and ultimately dangerous. But, it doesn't stop it from being beautiful. I found the storyline of Pi converting to lots of different religions really powerful because it really meant something to me personally; I too have been taught that we make our own fortunes and paths, but that doesn't stop me from marvelling at what I believe to be God's own creation. That message really stood out to me.

What did you think of the 3d, did you find it effective and what parts did you particularly enjoy? Did you learn anything from the film!
All the best with this Munsoor, loos good so far...
